This is my second time using their services. I highly recommend this company. My items were received on time and there was no damage. My price did not increase. The staff and the movers were extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I hope I don't have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely call Moving Prime.

Cross country movie

We moved cross country from the West to the East Coast. Our moving costs changed 3 times. We also packed for a pack up. The movers put tape on wooden chests, dressers, etc and took the finish off. Moreover, upon the delivery, we had several items damaged including an airloom chest and a West Elm armoire and desk. We also tried several times to contact the company and the operations people were very rude. I would NEVER use this company and service again.

They were excellent, their cost are so good. They were simple and communicative ahead of time and they arrived on time and efficient on the moving day. They take extra supplies and their own appliances to handle your things disassembly and reassembly needs. They handled all of our hard to handle items with great care. Definitely i would highly recommended.

They were professional, suitable and quick. Their pricing model was easy to understand and they sent over a factsheet for us to fill regarding our items. This made it easy for them to see what size of truck to get for us, and how many guys to come and help us. When they moved us in to our new home, I was SHOCKED at how fast and they unloaded everything. It was amazing experience. Highly recommended.

These guys were on time professional, swift and careful throughout process. Always they wear mask whole the job. They did a artful job loading our items smoothly so they could fit as much as possible. We were worried that we would have to leave too much thing behind, but the guys went above and beyond and detach a few pieces of furniture to make them fit. They did a best job wrapping everything and ensuring it was piled correctly for a long move. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience with Moving Prime. I relocated 1 bedroom from a multi-room apartment to a 1-bedroom single that was in the same vicinity, 10 min away. Movers were really great - super efficient and very friendly. The complete move took around 3 hours - I had several very large and big items and my bed frame needed disassembly/redevelop, which these guys did professionally. I would definitely suggest them!

Starting with the first quick response, to scoping the quote, to being in touch and providing tips periodically before the move. On the day the move, they showed up timely and we scoped out the partial move. They got down to business and were both careful, effective and quick! Such nice guys also! We have received excellent service from these guys over the years. This is our third time using them and once again, they did a great job. They showed up on time, were courteous and efficient, and moved a ton of stuff across our property to put out for a bulky waste pick-up. Absolutely recommend giving these folks a call if you have moving needs. Easy to schedule and follow up is excellent. Highly recommended!

I can use over and over again.

Finally, Moving Prime is a moving company I can use over and over again present homes for my husband that's a realtor. They came on time and they took extra care in making sure my furniture were protected. They took the time cover them with cloths, boxes and plastic wrapping. I especially liked that they respect the amount of tips I gave them where other moving company I have used in the past would force me to give more.

Efficient and careful every time.

They were efficient and careful every time. The movers were working the whole time. did a fantastic job packing a messy 1 bed apartment and dealt with tricky parking situations, and cleared a lot of traffic to unload. Everything was well-organized and in excellent condition when it got here. All around great conversation. I Would definitely recommend them.

These individuals were amazing.

These individuals were amazing and put in a lot of effort to ensure that nothing was damaged. This is a double story home and some of the items were very heavy. They took off their shoes and wore booties, leaving no trace. I gave them a tip and bought lunch for the guys because of how hard they worked to move everything in without damage. They are experienced people who capable of moving all of your goods. Highly recommended.

Great competent and friendly service. Their prices are reasonable and they detach the bed at no charge. They cover the furniture items into blankets and safely transported all of it and the packed boxes from 1st floor to 2nd floor. They were also wearing masks and being very careful. It was clear that they are experts movers with all types of furniture. I would highly recommended.

They were careful when it came to moving the furniture so that our walls were left unharmed. They even laid out a floor runners so our floors remained safe during the move. This whole experience was great.
